Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Times

Orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods, or due to customs processing, weather, or carrier disruption.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are displayed before you complete your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you haven't received tracking information within 10 business days of ordering, contact us at info@resettr.co.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We aren't able to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@resettr.co and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@resettr.co within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
